- How can I contact you?
We want you to have the best possible experience shopping at être cécile, so for any queries or information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We try very hard to get back to everyone but please be patient if there is a delay of a day or two!
- How do I know my order has gone through?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com. If, after 24 hours you still haven’t received anything, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what went wrong.
- Can I alter my details once my order has been placed?
Basic information, such as delivery and contact information, can be changed provided your order hasn’t already been shipped. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you realise an error has been made.
- What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, including Maestro UK, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express. All card payments are processed using Sagepay, a reliable and secure payment facility. You can also place your order using your Paypal account.
- What delivery options do you offer?
We are now pleased to offer Express shipping with DHL. This provides quick, reliable and safe delivery and allows you to fully track your item for the entirety of its journey. Please see here for shipping costs and delivery times by region.
- What happens if my order has not arrived?
Your unique DHL tracking number is the best place to start. Enter it at www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking for an up to date location of your item. For any further problems do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavor to locate your item as best we can.
- Where do I find size and fit information?
A size chart can be found here but for more detailed information on a particular style, please see the items product page for measurements such as garment length and chest width (for a size small) which should give you a more accurate idea of the fit. We know the stock inside out, so contact us if you need more information.
- What is your exchange and return policy?
